Harmony Massage

A Harmony Massage combines various massage techniques with energy work. This holistic approach is designed to support the physical, mental and spiritual well being of the entire person. We will work together, addressing the root causes of any symptoms present in the physical body.

This treatment is built completely around your mind, body and spiritual requirements. The treatment often incorporates a multitude of massage techniques such as Indian Head Massage, Body Massage and Reflexology. It can also include energy work in the form of Reiki and Sound Healing, using gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and crystal bowls.

The aims of combining these techniques is to quieten the mind, relieve tension, lift your spirits and bring a sense of well being.

One to One Healing Sound Therapy

Simply unwind with the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes and tuning forks.

Experience powerful sound waves and vibrations as bowls and tuning forks are gently placed upon your body and played to encourage a release of any emotional or physical blockages.

A detailed consultation will help me to choose a personalised sound bath for you.
